I always find a good way to switch it up and hope to see a good number on the scale is this simple advice:

Tracking your caloric intake will also help you figure out what your daily goal should be to lose the weight in the timespan. Average weight loss should be 1–2 lbs a week for health maintenance. I suggest the app MyFitnessPal since you can take calories as well as water and exercise. It will calculate the daily calorie goal based on height, weight and fitness goal.
